SimplyStockbroking is an FSA authorised firm (FSA Number 485165) which is privately owned and backed by shareholders with extensive experience in financial services. We do not hold your shares and money. They are held by Ridge Clearing and Outsourcing Solutions Ltd which is authorised and regulated by the FSA (FSA Number 469813), and provides full protection of your assets. 		Stephen Pinner - Chairman Stephen has an extensive career in Stockbroking both in providing services directly to investors and advising regulated firms as to how best to organise their business. Stephen was a director at Extel, the information services company, and on the board of Stockbrokers Hoare Govett, City Deal Services and Cater Allen. Stephen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and Secretary of the Securities Industry Management Association.
		John Douthwaite - Chief Operating Officer John has over 25 years experience in retail stockbroking and was instrumental in the creation of both City Deal Services, one of the fastest growing broking businesses in the 1990's and more recently comdirect which merged in 2006 with Selftrade to form one of the UK's largest retail execution only stockbrokers. John is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and sits on a number of advisory panels and committees for both the SII and Association of Private Clients and Investment Managers (APCIMS), the trade body representing stockbrokers.
		Aran Gibbs - Head of Client Services Aran has nearly 10 years experience in the financial services sector which was preceded by roles as a Web designer and E-Commerce consultant in the late 1990's. Since 2000 Aran spent time at HSBC dealing with fraudulent account applications, company audits, share dealing and back office migration projects. He then moved to Selftrade where he gained extensive experience working with private clients and played an instrumental role in the establishment of their Risk & Internal Control departments.
